I did not realize.....

After my April Fools thread where I mentioned selling the 21 for the new 5.0 TA I decided to compare the two models. Wow, I did not realize the weight differential between the two units. I had assumed they were so close in dimensions. Here is a side by side comparison. I wonder why the difference? Any ideas?

Well the body of the TA is 4' longer and 1' taller - no doubt needs a heavier lay up to support it. Don't know about the suspension differences.
Your Hemi wouldn't mind....

The bath had a lot of room ! That is on the 21? Maybe also the Jack mechanism adding weight in front ?

I know my Ram can handle it, it is the additional weight, maybe close to a 1000 lbs, that means more gas.

The frame and pin look like they add a bit of weight. When I saw the old 5.0 I was impressed with how beefy all that was.
