Thank you. It’s worked out well.
If you come north and cross Iowa on I-80
you’re welcome to stop by and look it over and have a couple cold ones. Just let me know when.
As a friend of mine (Pete Lundborg) who was the manager of a Michigan state park once told me “The latch string is always out.” ( another member of the park guy mafia). We have members throughout the United States and some in Canada.

Really you have to figure out what you need. I built a 50x60 with 16’ walls. Sometimes it is too big, but mostly too small.

My neighbor lost a nice three stall garage in the derecho last summer. It was an all wooden building with an asphalt shingle roof. It sat at the top of the hill and just couldn’t handle the 140 mile an hour wind for 42 continuous minutes. He rebuilt this winter and put in a large metal building with a metal roof. I haven’t confirmed with him but noticed he had a guest in his driveway for several days last fall with a large Class A motor home. I’m thinking he may have sold his twin engine airplane and is looking for a new toy it has pretty high doors. And there’s no runway. (Yet).

I once built a building with 10’ doors. Then we bought our Bigfoot pickup camper. I had to rebuild for a 12’ door. This building has 14’ doors.

'Stuff' expands to fill the available space. Natural law!
