Hello Christine,
This one from Amazon worked well for us. Ours was a 2019 model.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Enjoy your Escape. We did.

I can't find it now but someone here recently posted saying they replaced their new 2020 oven lid with a glass one, and when I clicked on it, it showed a (newer upgraded?) model oven?? I recall the new one looking like this maybe?

There are no inventory pics to look at now, and all ETI's pics (that I can find) have the 2019 ovens. Regardless, I think the dimensions (that Brian B-P refers to) are probably pretty close, if not identical to the 2019 ovens. on the pizza stone! -Bea

This 15" X 12" stone is the one I use in my 2017 21 oven. I've found the oven bakes more evenly if you slide it forward so that it half covers the holes in the oven floor. I don't know if the newer trailers have different size ovens.

One note - some pizza stones are fairly fragile & will shatter with road vibration. I destroyed this one after one trip.

Ah ha, just found this article on the new oven on ETI's website. Apparently it is an optional upgrade...but this article says it's a 17" model. [The Dometic R31 17” 3-Burner Oven has been added as an upgrade option to our E21, E21NE and the E5.0 models.]

Humm, my 2019 oven measures 21" wide, so this new oven is 4" smaller, which means the oven would be 4 inches narrower? and each top burner closer together? ...but it would give you more counter space! FYI -Bea

I have a 15x12 and it is too big...covers the vent holes, and the results were not very good - burned pizza, burned cookies. I bought a airbake pan and also moved to a higher rack position and everything has come out perfect. I sort of gave up on the stone but if I were to try it again in that oven I'd get a wet saw and hack about 2" off it. I like the airbake pan better also because it's light and easier to pull out of the oven. The airbake is 14x12.

No, the 17" and 21" dimensions in these model names are the overall height of the appliance, not the width.

Ooooo, If I were the one getting a new oven, this would be good news. Thanks for the clarification Brian! -Bea
