I've done it now....

Contacted ETI and ordered the new 5.0 TA with dual solar and dual 6 volts. Estimated completion date sometime early next year, a 2016 model. I will be selling BlackJack later this year, in early fall. I'm hoping the exchange rate remains the same until I make my payments. Now the fun begins....

That makes 3 Escapes for you now right. I suppose if they ever make a 23 foot that will be the next for you Mind you I think that you will find the TA too big, why don't you buy my classic? We too are considering a tent.

Whew, thank goodness it was real good news. When I see a thread starter with a label like that, I thought someone really destroyed something. With 3 Escapes I would have to say Jim is in first place for the best customer award. Loren

No way - you cannot pull Blackjack with your little Jeep. Jim can drop it off here, my F150 will pull it fine!

Remember what day it is! Search "cpaharley2008 april fools" for previous editions. (Can have first option to buy BlackJack if you actually do sell it some day?)

Yeah, I was wondering what could be so much better about the 5.0TA if you already have a 21. Then fortunately, I figured out what day it was. Glad I don't have to rethink if we should have ordered a 5.0TA instead of the 21!!

The best April Fool's stories are just barely plausible... and Jim getting another trailer is definitely plausible.

My first thought reading your first post, was that it due to the date, then I thought about your track record, and had second thoughts.

We heard that Reace's next project is a molded fiberglass motorhome! We may wait for that one (which will be #6 Escape for us), but if the wait is too long, may have to go with this one instead!

Jim, why the two solar panels? Will that give you significant (how much) more power?
