Kim Sherstobetoff
Lurking quietly in the background of the administrative offices of Escape Industries is the consummate customer service professional, Kim Sherstobetoff. When we placed our order for our 19 a few months ago, Kim was the first "personal" (telephone) contact I had after doing all my research (mostly on this Forum) with the good folks at Escape. Since that time, she (and Tammy too, of course) have kept us duly apprised of the progress of our trailer's order and build with enthusiasm, support, and patience which we greatly appreciate. But when my wife and I met with Reace in Chilliwack a few months ago to finalize our plans, we mentioned how nice Kim had been to work with and he said it was good to hear since Kim was new. So, for all of us newbies who have dealt with Kim since she joined the team, how about a big "Shout Out" for Kim and her professionalism and dedication to her role at Escape?!

I second your feelings in a BIG way. Kim has been there to help me for about the last 6 months, always with patience, kindness, professionalism, warmth and a great sense of humor! She is very appreciated! Adding staff like Kim continues to underscore my respect for the team Reace and Tammy have put together to build the best trailers and provide the best service to all of their customers.

My wife and I just began our Escape journey a couple weeks ago and we have had great service from Kim and Tammy. We have a good feeling about moving forward with our purchase knowing that their customer service is top notch.

I also began the Escape journey a short while ago. Kim has been quick to answer my phone and email inquiries. So far, it appears that she has been providing the excellent service expected from a fine company! I look forward to working with her, Reace and Tammy as we spec out my 19, they produce it and deliver it to my wife and I.

Have to second all the praise of Kim. I've been calling and emailing at least weekly. Think Tammy sees it's me and makes Kim take it! Will be fun to meet everyone when we pick up our 19 in August.

Awww. I had a chance to meet Kim when I picked up my 19. Nice lady. Very personable. Wish her well in the future. Maybe ETI gave her a 17 as a parting gift and we'll see her posting in this forum.

Kim's the best. She has answered a TON of questions as we finalize our build sheet, and she replied very promptly.

Hi: Kim... We sure had some fun over our build sheet. I didn't even mind the slight Myocardial Infarction that you gave me when you sent the "Green striped" build pic's!!! Glad we could laugh about it too. Hope your new endeavours work for you. Best Wishes. Alf

I second that Kim will be missed. She's always very quick answering emails and phone calls when we were building our 19 ft. Escape. We had a chance to meet Kim when I picked up my 19. Nice lady. Very personable.

It was because of some of Kim's suggestions, that I made changes to Ten Forward when I was at the factory turning in my build sheet. I'll always be grateful for her help and kindness.
Wishing you well Kim. And THANKS, truly!

Kim was very helpful and patient when we visited ETI in July. She had some very good ideas that we incorporated into our order. Good luck.
