Sorry KarenH, I think that the 15A is a close 2nd to the 15B. But it is a great trailer.

For me it's the best! I don't need to haul around my house and all that STUFF to have a wonderful time out in this world. My camping season begins in two weeks and doesn't end until right after Memorial Day...the best of times for me.

The E19's double axles, was the lock in point for me. Had a flat on my double axle horsetrailer(with 2 horses!), could still limp to get it fixed. Add 2=3 full sized aussies? I could not see fitting in a 17B.

Seems another 15A er needs to jump in here ... the difference between the A and B comfort and preference would be space versus bathroom ... The 15A has a generously open , spacious feeling that the B does not have ( as nice as it is ) .... 15A is super ... #1

With gas prices the way they are, smaller trailers make sense. My brother and 2 friends commented how our 19 is too big. They don’t want to have to buy a full size truck to pull a bed just to sleep. My friend says he only needs a bed to sleep after he’s had too many bears. At one point, my group of friends had 4 Trilliums.

Thanks for posting, I don't recall ever seeing those floorplans; I agree, two great layouts.
Can't help but think a Gen 2 of each would generate a lot of traffic these days.

Size has paid off for us several times. When campgrounds are full it seems there is always room for a 15 if you don’t need hook ups for the night.

I spoke with Dustin at the Escape factory and asked about the potential revival of the 15 floor plan/mold. He said there is nothing in the works currently and if there ever was anything happening it will be on the Escape website and you tube channel. So I doubt they will venture into the Scamp, Happy Camper, Nucamp arena.

Felt the same way with our Scamp 13 and our 19 and 21.

I wonder how many of the 15A owners are on here? I have sent friend request to 3 of them.

There seems be seven or eight 15 A or B on this thread . But we don't check in too often or post here very often ... maybe because our trailer is so " perfect " we don't have any real mods to share and most of the conversations are about 5.0 TAs, 19s. and 21s ...

I was told a 15 costs the same as a 17 to build so they don’t make business sense.

And likely why there isn't a huge difference is cost between the 19 and 21. At least there didn't used to be, I haven't looked at the jaw dropping prices lately.

When we bought our 19, Sept ‘21, with the same options the 21 was around $2000 more, but we prefer the 19. I hope everyone can get the size Escape they prefer.

Our's did. But, given we spend 99.5% camping off-grid and also the dang thing was noisy as heck especially in such a small trailer...it got the boot.

Was yours a roof mount or wall mount? What did you replace it with?
