Trying to understand the business plan. The dealer has to make a profit. Who eats the shipping charge? How much is this Escape going to cost?

I believe that dealer is in Lake Havasu or Parker, both AZ. One side of the river is CA.

FWIW the way we heard it ETI admits that 75-85% if their customers are from USA. The thought was apparently to open a Mfring facility/Dealership IN CONUS..possibly AZ or TX....there by omitting the onerous shipping charge + ending the need to go all the way to BC, crossing the border twice..and so on.. Who knows. IMHO if it happens, it will be the very day after we (finally) get to BC to pick up our trailer. WE've about decided to cancel all our reservations and even the ones we've already made for camping this summer..and go to BC in the summer..hoping that there will be CGs/SPs/NPs reopened by then. sheeesh.
