Measurement request 5.0TA

I'm percolating a few ideas and hoping someone might provide some info on the following questions...

1. Distance beam to beam between the two trailer axles

2. Distance trailer rearmost axle beam to trailer rear bump

3. Dimensions front wall upper hatch door. And if said door might be easily installed so the hinge is at the top, or if that orientation would be impractical.

Thank you !

The Escape factory may be the best starting place for your questions........

In previous discussions about the fit of levelling ramps, the distance between the axles of tandem-axle Escapes (at least before the 2016 design change) was found to be 30.5 inches. That's centre-to-centre of the wheels, which would be that same as centre-to-centre of the Torflex crossmembers (which are about 6" ahead of the wheel centres); if those are 2" square tubes, that would make the space between them 28.5".

If you're planning something for the space under the floor in the rear, keep in mind that there is a step in the frame and in the floor, and that the fresh water tank is near the front of that space.

Thanks. I'm thinking of fitment for 225/75R15 tires (which I've read a few on here have this larger size). Have read that there is ~3" between the treads on the stock 27" size which makes sense with a 30" axle spacing. It's just that I made a quick measure once and got 4" in between so for wanted to check for the axle spacing.
