This is the MaxxFan Deluxe with 10 fan speeds, manual opening, and a white cover... which I believe is the same as previously.

Is this a model number, or was it supposed to be 700 watts, perhaps?

Good news, I found out that the new refrig in the 21 foot 2017 does have the controls on the outside.

The standard stove is black- see attached. Option is stainless in 2 or 3 burner with cover-$135 cost.

Nice looking unit - thanks for the picture Jim. Someone would really decide completely against a trailer based on the stove not being white?

No, of course not.
When we were talking about purchasing an Escape, she said she would prefer white over stainless.
Same with the sink. Would that also be available in black?

Well, you could paint it. I think the black looks sharp. We have black appliances in the house. You get used to it. A friend of my Dad's who was about 80 had his refrigerator conk out. I took him shopping for a new one. The dealer had a pastel blue unit that he couldn't sell and we bought it very reasonably. Still ran well when the old boy passed. Beer was cold, eggs and bacon kept well. Form follows function.

Easy to change it out for a white one. They're quite cheap.

I felt the same way about stainless, but was less thrilled with the white option. Our stove will be black and we ordered a black sink as ETI doesn't offer that option. Well, least they didn't when we ordered. Who knows if that will change in the future. But that's okay as our sink will be super cool and different from what they would offer anyway.

If you opt out of the the stainless you also lose your garlic and onion stink remover. Next time you are at home cutting onions wet your hands and rub them on the sink divider. After just a few moments the onion odor will be gone. So I will not even have to look in your trailer to see if you have stainless or black or white sinks. Your hands will give you away
They do sell little stainless bars that look like soap for stainless sink deprived individuals.

Yeah well, I've been contacted (via PM) by enough folks that NOW have (yellowed/stained) white sinks.. those wouldn't be at the top of my custom ETI build. YMMV When was the last time you read someone was complaining about the change of "color" for a stainless sink?

Interesting, never knew stainless could do that. However, since garlic and onions are banned from my cooking, that won't be a problem in our trailer. (food restrictions)
