You’re ok on referring to Fiona that way, it’s
When you start Referring to yourself. Like Davey needs a bath, Davey had too much to drink last night
Davey wishes Mr Catfish would bite on his hook.
I know.
Hey Glenn
I’ve come to the conclusion that the inside of a nuthatch contains a very small gimbal so there’s no angle that upside down to him or her. Love those little red breasteds. We only get them here about every third year.
If I were to name a trailer for a bird I’d choose “Oriole” can’t get enough of that paint job.

The hatch in nuthatch thing and eggs just got me thinking. ‘Unhatched’ would be a good Escape name.

Our traveling 19’ Escape is named “Phoenix”. We have a little name label by the door, but eventually would like a larger name with a Phoenix bird to put on the back.

Fiona
There's a Lyle Lovett song of "One Eyed Fiona'. Look it up, sometime.
Good tune to boot, for what's it worth.

When I used to haul bone carts to the tank house with a fork lift I’d take two at a time.
My friends called me “Jackin’ a double”. My all time favorite hot rod name was a 37 Ford coupe painted robins egg blue and named for a Roy Orbison recording “Blue Angel”
Did I say I like names?

Actually the Tennessee Stud was written by an Arkansa songwriter named Jimmie Driftwood. He also penned the lyric to the Battle of New Orleans, and an Irish tune called St. Brendons Fair lsle. There was a museum dedicated to him in Arkansa, not sure if it still exists.. He also made interesting folk art musical instruments. I ever see you at a rally I'll sing a few of his tunes.

My wife’s father was a horseman and worked as a cowboy in the late 30s. He was also an Eddy Arnold fan including the Tennessee Stud. His grandson, my nephew loved to go to truck and tractor pulls with the Lasmett Sled. When he was 11 I took him to a pull and his favorite truck there was a truck named The Tennessee Stud. He was shy but after the pull we walked around where they were loading the trucks on trailers. I asked the owner/driver of the Stud If my nephew could stand by the truck while I took his photo. He was very gracious and we got some pictures. I had one blown up for him and gave it to him for his birthday. It hung in his bedroom for many years. I liked the recording of “Cattle Call” by Arnold too.

Why not use the actual spelling of the NP, Voyageur(s) since that ties to those fur traders who traveled through that area, and why the park is named that? After all camping is just the current way of traveling as did those traders.
Ours was named by the previous owner and we like the name and would likely not be duplicated - "Le Bon Oeuf"

Because I had to quick think of a cutesy name I could live with or I’d be stenciling Lily or Puffball on it. My first choices were Titan and Hercules but that didn’t get very far.

Our Escape is an ode to my husband’s profession - now retired. Our “Fire Escape” seemed appropriate and since it’s an egg, I thought my graphic worked!

I name mine Patechucho, in my country we use that term for people that goes from place to place without a purpose. The best way to translate it will be “The wanderer”

Ours is Rocinante. Named after John Steinbeck's truck camper Rocinante in "Travels with Charlie" which was named after Don Quixote's horse.
We later found out that there is a TV show called The Expanse that has a space ship also named Rocinante.
Also our favorite Tennessee Stud is done by Doc Watson.

Ah, that reminds me that when I first went to college in the now ancient 1960's, an acquaintance had an old bus that he named "Rocinante". But after having many problems keeping it functional, he re-named it "painintheass"! The name was broadly painted on each side, in house paint, with a 4" brush!

When I lived in Philadelphia and ran a folklife center, I hosted Doc for a concert. Me and my band mates learned Doc’s version years ago with his great ostinato riiff
