ONE WEEK
One week today we pick up our new 19ft . My daughter decided last night that our new trailer will be called "Bullseye" as the Toy Story movies are some of our favorites and Bullseye is one of our favorite charachters. I am sure this next week will go by slowly but we are all very excited.

Re: ONE WEEK
I know that feeling of anticipation.. That week goes by so slowly. Also AB plates on my 19 picked up this spring but I'm way east of you right now on PEI for the summer.

Re: ONE WEEK
Ok, so the truck is washed waxed and loaded so we can leave tommorow for Chilliwack and pick up the trailer on Friday morning. I sure hope I can sleep tonight. Can't wait to see it finally.

Re: ONE WEEK
We passed through Chilliwack on Tuesday and saw your unit. You are going to LOVE it! Awesome. It was special to feel some connection through these posts on the forum. We still have an 8 week wait, but are following the forum posts daily and really appreciate everyone's ideas. Have a great time!
We look forward to hearing how the pickup went.

Re: ONE WEEK
We've been watching this as well to see that all went well , expected our final production photos today and some hook-up info - as we are due to pick up Monday AM , but nothing has come , feeling a bit worried , hope there aren't problems at Escape Trailer Industries , when we called around 4 pm BC time the message said the office is closed the rest of the week - don't know when that message would have be recorded ............

Re: ONE WEEK
On Wed. afternoon I received an email from Tammy that had this paragraph included in the email: Please note I will be out of the office for the remainder of the week however, I hope to have internet service by late Saturday evening.
Yesterday I received what appeared to be an automated reply:
Thank you for contacting Escape Trailer Industries Ltd.
Please the office will be closed the remainder of this week. We will be checking emails as access permits.
If this is an emergency and you require immediate assistance please call 1 604 799 3773.
Thank you for your understanding.
I suspect it just means that the office is closed and that somebody is still there to deliver trailers as previously arranged.
Here's hoping Dmac is enjoying the new trailer this evening!

Thank you so very much for posting that !.....
we had not made contact with them since friday Aug. 3rd with a question of our hitch height ( we will be having a different axle ) and were then told we would get that info closer to completion , as we hadn't heard anything by 4pm Friday afternoon I called , I did pick up that emergency number - however this isn't an emergency - but still need to know info for us - as our previous TT was very likely a different height . We really didn't want to take along several hitch receivers ( our Liberty will be so so loaded ) , but I guess we must as we've had no response .Thought e-mailing might be pointless ( with office closed ) we leave early tomorrow morning , but in view of your info maybe there is something causing communication interruptions . Will e-mail now ........ thank again ........ Dmac and family must surely be enjoying their new trailer .

Re: ONE WEEK
You might want to give the emergency number a call. I can't remember the gentleman's name but they had another guy there in the shop when they were down in Oregon a month ago. He was most helpful to me....answered most of my questions and called me back with the answers that he didn't have (just like he said he would!).
If you're leaving tomorrow, give it a shot......all they can do is say "I don't know". I know what you mean about lugging along several receiver balls. And they're not exactly light.
Dmac hasn't logged on since night before last so hopeful he's out there enjoying it in the backwoods someplace.

Re: ONE WEEK
fwiw, I was at the factory a week ago Friday and overheard Tammy mention they were going to be (out of town) for (presently) this weekend and next.
As above, I'm sure there is someone there for arranged deliveries.

Re: ONE WEEK
the Escape 19' hitch height is 21 ", on the Liberty you will need a straight stinger, no drop nor rise.

Thanks again .... the e-mail worked this morning . Tammy and Reace are enroute to Edmonton , there hasn't been anyone to man the phones . The info posted by cpaharley below helps . ( there had been a material delay and they have been working all out - that's why they haven't been able to man the phones)

Hi , thanks so much for that very helpful bit of info . We are actually only getting a 15ft with a lower axle , we had however thought that it might need a straight draw , which seems to very hard to find in our area (or everyone is out of them at once - hardly ever requested they say ) . Our previous trailer was a Trillium Outback which is much lower than any Escape. Since you are needing a straight draw for your Liberty with the Escape 19 we can rule that out , big relief . THANKS
