RecPro of Indiana

I just found this new to me supplier of RV appliances and am very curious to know if anyone has had experience with them or their products. I am specifically interested in their 12 volt fridges, and their 9.5K Quiet roof air conditioners.

Since I have 190 watts of roof solar always on, and a 100ah lithium battery, their products just might be an answer to the propane blues.

Just FYI Myron, their 12v refrigerators are Everchill branded, here's the importer's website with perhaps slightly more competitive direct sale pricing:

https://www.wayinterglobal.com/collections/everchill

Nope, I've no experience with either vendor or the Everchill product, I just ran across these back when researching 12v compressor fridges so had bookmarked the websites.

I was looking in the ~7cuft range, noted that the Everchill in that size specifies "freestanding installation only", lacks provisions for an in-cabinet 'flush mounting flange/trim' to secure in place from the front. I also got a bit uncomfortable about the lack of online technical documents (there is a basic installation manual linked on Recpro's site) and concern about long-term serviceability/ parts availability, so didn't pursue it any further. YMMV of course.

Happy hunting!

I just bought the 9500K AC from them, but don't have my Escape trailer to install it on yet.

I purchased the 9500k RecPro by Houghton AC also. My AC was shipped the day after the order was submitted. It was packaged nicely.

I chatted with RecPro customer service on two separate occasions and found them to be friendly and helpful.

How interesting, Centex, that the Everchill 3.3cu ft 12 volt fridge site is a hundred dollars cheaper but gives no info on "benefits" or specs.

Yeah, the "WAY" website is certainly no fount of product detail information

I do note that the SKU (WS-95RDC) on the WAY website matches the Model Number on the Instruction Manual linked on Recpro's site (FWTW).
