Springfield or Lagun
Both seem to have their advantages.
Pros/Cons?

I prefer the Lagun. Easy to swing or even remove the table for more room or working in the storage areas under the seats. I switched from a Springfield to the Lagun.

Here’s a link to ETI’s good impartial overview of the table mounting options.
https://youtu.be/EVS67BIlhDY
IMHO these are the key differentiators:
Lagun requires ushaped dinette but removes obstacles under the table and makes the table easy to swing to convenient positions.
Springfield makes it much easier to convert dinette to a bed.

Thanks for the video link.
After viewing I feel a little concerned with the wobbliness of all the tables but mostly the Lagun, Love its flexibility.
For those who have either, has the wobbliness become a problem?

It is early days for us but we have yet to notice any wobbliness in the Lagun table in our camper.

I really want the Lagun, but not the U shaped dinette in our upcoming 19.
I've seen some mods where folks have made a box at the end to attach the Lagun to, so I may try to get Escape to go that route and let us get the Lagun.
I'm also not a fan of how wobbly the table was in the one we toured. That has to be fixed somehow.

Our experience is based upon the Lagun table we got in our camper on May 31, 2021. We have not seen any wobble with it in about 2 weeks of camping. If further travel introduces a wobble in the future, I cannot say.
For us - the conversion of dinette into bed is not an applicable scenario. We find the table really good. We discussed how much better it is than a fixed leg setup.

You can always make the “Cheapfield” table base. It is as strong as you can bolt it to the floor. One leg is great for a smaller table of a U shape but two legs might be appropriate for the full size table if you are big leaners.
See how to make it in this link:

I added some wood reinforcements on the backside of the cabinet. It’s pretty sturdy now.

When I bought our trailer the Lagun was not an option. I installed mine second day of ownership, some 10,000 plus miles later it is NOT WOBBLY.

I was the same way.. I wanted the Lagun, so was planning on getting the u shaped dinette. Then I saw the fellas post who made the 4 way slider with folding leaf table. There are some really talented posters here. I will go with the Springfield and standard dinette now

I have only seen the Lagun but not used it. I installed the Springfield with a 4-was slide and just love it's performance. We can rotate it, slide it to the side, slide it back and forth and easily make it into a bed for grandchildren or other guests. Have had many a four person card game or meal in it.
The only change I might make would be to forego the U-shaped dinette and have more foot room and a larger table.

If you need to raise or lower the table to convert dinette into a bed - go for Springfield. But, if it is two people using the camper and no need for a frequent bed conversion - Lagun is the obvious choice. Falling into the latter category, we are so happy that we took the Lagun option.
And, thank you Ronn! Your generous posts got us to appreciate this and it is to you that we credit this happy choice!

After watching the Escape Trailer video outlining the three table models, all appear to have stability issues. In that case, I decided to go with the Springfield model for ease of raising and lowering. I'll plan to use heavy-based tumblers most of the time and something like the attached for wine glasses: https://www.amazon.com/WineGrasp-Cha...97713&sr=8-277
