Storage in bottom cabinet in Escape 19

I am trying to determine the best use of the bottom storage cabinet under the sink/stove in our new Escape 19. This cabinet is an odd shape because of the wheel wells. So far, we have just stuck in whatever kitchen stuff (like pots & pans) will fit. I would like to use this space more efficiently for kitchen storage. How and for what are you using this cabinet to maximize your storage capacity?

Since I consider the passenger side of the trailer as the light side, not having a loaded fridge, microwave, hot water tank, furnace, grey tank and a lot more wood...I use the trailer floor in the passenger side cabinet to pack our heavy stuff like can goods, pop and bottled water. I will also vary that load front to back if weight is required in certain direction.

The narrow storage along the bottom of the passenger side cabinets are great for storing can goods but needed something to keep the cans from sliding around. My wife found these are BB&B and they fit great. We bought enough of the different sizes to fit all the way across.

I have 2 Rubbermaid ice cube bins to hold my liquids such as soaps, bathroom/kitchen cleaners, window cleaners, etc as well as a small trash container under there. The ice cube bins ensure that nothing that might leak would make a mess as well as keeping things organized.

Pat has done a great mod, opening that space up for addl storage and may weigh in here. Several others have done some mods to that space as well.
There is a sizable amount of space over the wheel wells behind that rear panel that can be recaptured for use.

Hi Greg . Yes I opened up that area and use for paper towels , Kleenex , toilet rolls etc . But still have the same front section for cans and heavier items . I can take some pics tomorrow. But I do have a few pics in my pic albums on the forum . Pat
