Unless you go with this one that Dicor still offers, looks like a good solution.

Curious...ETI recently told me they no longer offer the hinged table. I'm headed up there within the week, so I'll ask for clarification in person.
We've ordered a Springfield pedestal for our pending 19, but are quite pleased with the functionality of our hinged rear table on our 17. I think aesthetically it's somewhat lacking, but it works quite well, much easier to use than the pole option that our front table has.

Yes, we'll be there with our 2015 17A. It has the stock one-leg table.

I have the one-legged table in the small front dinette in my 17B. Seems pretty stable so far.

Good to know I think I will ask for the one legged table in the small front dinette. I think that I will order the Springfield 3 stage pedestal for the rear dinette u shaped dinette 17B. Has anyone mailed the pedestal to ETI and had them install it and than had their trailer delivered? I know they will install it at orientation if you pick your trailer up.

I was up at Escape last week and asked for clarification on whether they're currently offering the hinged table top or not, as just a few months ago I had been told No. I asked Nigel, who said No, no longer being offered. I replied that others on the forum are reporting that they were told Yes. He went upstairs to consult and came back with Tina. Shortish version, they *are* offering hinged tables. But no one told Nigel [emoji38]
I chatted with him about the pros and cons. Unfortunately, a hinged table in the 19 results in a smaller table with a filler strip, because they can't put a slider on the hinge, and the stock table is too big to get in and out without it.
So we are back to a Springfield pedestal with bigger tabletop and factory slider on our build sheet.
Nigel also explained why they had temporarily suspended the hinged units: The tables are made from different materials. Hinged tables are heavier and stronger plywood and pedestal tables are some lighter weight material that doesn't hold up to hinged use. The hinged models were discontinued for overall weight savings, but reintroduced, apparently, due to demand.

Also... informed that the hinged table is 40.5" long vs the pedestal version of 49". This might be a deal breaker for me.

I'm thinking the reason is because the pedestal version slides, so it can be larger. I know a number of Scamp owners cut the table because it was too large and they couldn't get into the dinette easily.
