Televisions

I noticed that a TV is not an option, unless I am just missing it. They talk about antenna's etc., but I don't see a tv in any of the models. Do you have to put this in yourself?

Thanks!

Yes the television is something that you get on your own.

WalMart had RCA 19inch on sale for CDN$85. Works like a charm and although the 'sound' quality is far from great, it serves the purpose. Like a book, radio or computer...it's nice to have... particularly on rainy days or dozing off at bed time.
Download a bunch of movies from Netflix or Amazon onto your phone, and you've got entertainment.
Add a cheap DVD player and bring along those 200 movies you've got stashed and you're good for a few weeks.

We have a 22 inch Samsung we got at Costco several years ago. The swivel mount is one we bought at Camping World. It's one of the few things I would ever recommend from that source, but it is very strong, and locks in place so the TV stays put for travel.

Ours is mounted using the corner "stud" above the drawer stack at the foot of the bed. It can swivel fully to be seen at the dinette. It uses a transformer/brick to convert to 13 or 14 volts, and uses very little power, so I can use a small 12volt to 120 volt plug-in inverter if I don't want to power up the 1500 watt one for the whole house.
