Thank you all for everything you've helped us with from delivery options, Andersen hitch, levelers, lug wrench, drill, etc.
We enjoyed a 3 week trip to Denver to pick it up and a tour of Rocky Mountain National Park, Creede Colorado, Grand Sand Dunes National Park, Dodge City, Branson, Graceland and more. Marked much off our bucket list. Our trip also had 2 detours with new itinerary thanks to Glen Canyon fire closing I-70 and then hurricane Laura.
Loved our trip even with covid type closures. Sure kept the crowds down, maybe except for campground crowding! ha! So great to be traveling again.
So happy with the 5.0... pulls like a dream... hitching and unhitching is easy. Backing... well... need more practice!
My fear was getting in and out of the bed, since the one we toured I didn't feel appropriate to try out. It was no problem! whew!
And the wet bath worked fine. If you've showered on a cruise ship, you can handle it! LOTS of inside storage. We still have open areas. Thank you ETI!
Love our little u-shaped table. Except the back side has no room for adults to sit. Probably need lagun support? Will have to work on that.
Hot summer weather required use of fan to get air conditioning cool to head of bed. I'm not sure temperature gauge is working accurately. It can't keep up with summer heat in full sun, no shade situations, but another RV we had couldn't either.
Tricks we used:
Push front door in to get key to open door.
Wiggle 7-pin side to side (not up and down) to get fully plugged in (new connection and difficult to hook up... Thanks to camper repairman suggestion, we thought it had issues)
Have the water in sink on fully to pull knob for shower.
Plan for a couple of days of no sightseeing to de-stress and fine tune storage options in the camper.
Shoe box size plastic containers are great for many options.
Love the suggestion someone made for paper towels
Needed mirror outside bathroom for hair drying, etc. 10"x10" from Walmart did the trick for us.
Dollar store 3 small basket set perfect for medicine cabinet.
Can't wait to get back out it again!
