Toilet in 15 foot?

Will a toilet be available in the 15' model? Neither a built-in or portable toilet is listed as either standard or optional on the Escape Trailers web site. The Trillium site suggests that they are considering a toilet option. If we cannot have a built-in toilet, we won't be able to purchase one of these trailers.

I would also be willing to pay a premium to have the toilet elevated. Typical RV toilets are very low, and some people with mobility problems have a hard time using them.

Of course these trailers are tiny, and compromises are necessary. This is just one area where I can't compromise.

Ron,

You should address these questions to Tammy and Reace. They are very open and accommodating and I'm sure will be able to at least tell you the direction they're aiming. Or, maybe they'll answer here for everyone's benefit. I know that the Trillium is supposed to be faithful to the original. Since Escape is also producing the new 19', I suspect that the 13 and 15' Escape models will use the same molds, but of a higher finish.

I think that's gonna be a problem for Tammy and Reace, since they have the highest expectations for every trailer they sell. I'm not sure they're capable of selling an inferior line, even if it's just in the finish.

I just went to Escape site ( see the top right of this page ) and under floor plans is Plan B for the 13'. It has a bathroom. I can't get the floor plan for the 15' to load, but I presume it does too.

Re: Toilet in 15 foot?

The 15' floorplan is not up yet as we are still waiting for the trailer to arrive. Tom from Trillium RV will bring up a 15' traier which we will take the molds off. Once it is here, proper measurements will provide the details for the floorplan. It is going to be very similar to the 13'.

I am hoping the shower stall from the 17' will fit in the 15'. (fingers crossed). You will see the interior shower package is listed on the options page.

Slapping forehead. I didn't bother looking at the 13'.

I get some time off in mid-December, and hope to get up to the 'Wack to kick some tires and ask some questions.
