Lovely!

I noticed the cautious opening of the over refrig cabinet. mine (17a 2018) opens upward, but I have the same concern. I cut some pool noodles just slightly wider than the shelves i have in there, and put them in when I depart home or camp. Keeps me from getting bonked by stuff falling out when I open it up.

I'm in northern Cal. also; hope our paths cross.

Very cozy and you’ve certainly made it your own. You are maximizing the storage and functionality of the 17, but I must say I see a 19 or 21 in your future.

Looks like the door has a child safety latch on it. While it slowed her down a bit, it is supposed to stop kids. But, it will stop the door from opening if hit from the inside by a flying can or similar. Not as unsightly or as likely to be forgotten as a strap.

You're correct! Contents sometimes shift during travel and jump out. I added safety latches right after we boondocked our way to a fiasco including oats and pickle juice. Don't want to do that again!
Thanks for watching!!

We love the trailer but we think we may want to do this for at least a few years full time (or close)....so something bigger may definitely be in the works. Of course, it might also be the perfect opportunity for someone to get a 17B delivered to the southern US or the southeast! We're headed toward Florida then northbound!
Thanks for watching.

Thanks for posting the link. I enjoyed it very much. I have a 17B on order for mid-July and I've never been in one so we were glued to the screen while you did the tour. Enjoy your travels, stay safe, maybe see you along the way !

I'm happy the video helped you! There are some small design changes since 2011, but I believe it's essentially the same. Ours also has oportable solar (added by the previous owner) and a lot of personal touches.
Congratulations on the upcoming delivery!
