Trailer brake control

Can anyone out there tell me where I can get the best deal on an OEM trailer brake control for a 2010 F150 Supercrew ? Prepping my tow vehicle and would like to stay OEM as the unit fits nicely into the molded in coin pocket. No knee banging.

I had one installed in my 2012 F150 by the local Ford dealer and as I recall it wasn't terribly expensive. An acquaintane recently had one installed in a 2015 but it didn't work and he had to go back. What hecwas told was "oops, we forgot to tweak the software so that the truck's brain was aware there was a brake controller installed."
I would say if Ford's price is too high, try an internet search. I found OEM towing mirrors on eBay for 1/2 price. With a 21, you will probably want extended mirrors, whether OEM or after market.

Yep that is what I was thinking. Looking for some OEM trailer mirrors as well. The control install looks pretty straightforward. Looks like fun actually. Plug and play. Since my vehicle is a 5.4 and not the ecoboost I should be OK by just plugging it in. No software reset. I have been seeing these things go for as much as $290.00 though which is way too high imo. Will keep looking.

Found an OEM module for $130.00. Took 15 minutes to install. Happy camper
