Trailer Name - Location and Font

Would anyone be willing to post a photo of their trailer name and font as it appears on their trailer? Did you use ETI to do the work or someone else? We are undecided on location and font for our 21' that is on order. Thanks for your help.

The bike on the back cuts it off in real world viewing, but thats ok. Might have gone with a larger sizing too, but its ok.

oooh another discussion I know something about!

Choosing a font that gives words life is called a text treatment. There are a gazillion fonts and making the best decision is tough! Perhaps if you'd like to share the name you've decided on and what it means to you... I can help?

For instance, Ten Forward. Notice how different it looks and how the font gives meaning to these words

Standard location - didn't specify. Standard Font size as well. We just changed the font to Poetsen One. Donna's right - one font may be better than another depending on the name.

I am of the design school that finds that 'novelty' fonts result in a cluttered, disjointed appearance. I went with the standard ETI font, above the rear window, but then I don't have extra brake lights.

We decided on the standard ETI font, but with an italicized Style. In retrospect, kinda wish we had it placed on the front instead of the big "Escape 21" that is there.

We used Segoe Script and asked ETI to have the graphics folks come as close as they could, pretty much right on.

Not exactly what we wanted, but we're happy with the result anyway. Standard font, low-cost stock imagery. Toto is headed for Vancouver Island (Tofino, Nanaimo, Victoria) next week!

There are bunches here on the EscapeForum that have decided on a name for their trailer. Jim (cpaharley) has a great name and decals on the front! And, his story about the name is just as cool as mine.... if you think my decision is neat.

I'm not sure I'll ever have a decal made for Ten Forward, it's more of a mental thing for me than something I see...

I found the thread....read that...

This is way premature....then again we had the names picked out for our golden retrievers Annie and Oakley...what in the world were we thinking Two puppies born in the winter? We decided ONE would be a handful so her name is Annie Oakley.

Our trailer will either be....PC4532 which is the penal code for escape....or Pigs in Paradise

Here's ours for Escape Goats. The font is Handel italic, same as the Escape logo. We purchased it from Vinyl Lettering | Custom Vinyl Lettering and matched the color too. it's very easy to put on; we have the most reflective version as well, as you can see.

This isn't quite the same as a name but it's what I'm into. Hopefully the dark green color will match the graphics on the trailer. Also got some deer tracks for the perimeter.

I plan to get some images of cats to put around the trailer instead of the stock decals. Plus paw prints! So, I hear ya on your idea.

We're not going to name the trailer.
