We just did our orientation for our 19 on Thursday. Our trailer is already on a trailer enroute to Florida. They did a great job and answered all the questions we could think of. It's our first travel trailer, so I'm sure some of our questions were a little duh. They never let on. ETI is a busy place but we had a chance to look at a 21 and a 5.0 while we were there. Always looking to the future ; )

Here are some pictures of Escape Trailer Ind here in Chilliwack, I took a picture of the classic and 2nd generation to show the different shell design. Chilliwack reminds me of Osoyoos, nestled between pretty scenic hills.

In the first picture you can see the addition in the rear being completed and in the 4th picture is the business in front which Escape will expand to so that when the expansion is completed they will stretch from road front back to the rr tracks. I wonder if shipping by rr is an option in the future?

Here is Prairie Schooner, Escape is now installing foam rubber around the opening on the front box for a better seal, the fresh tank drain with the foam package, the rear hitch.

Is the foam rubber for a better seal on the lip of the storage box included as standard, or is that an extra (option)?

Delivery will be on Wednesday 8 am and then back to the hotel to load up, will probably get on the road by noon and start heading east to the new location for the Mississippi Rally, probably will not make it there until Saturday, 2200 miles is a lot for 3 days. I will have the new Escape brochures with the new statistics with me.

Hi Jim
Are you getting the Schooner sooner or are you going to have to wait till Wednesday to hit the road? I'm going over to my brothers place tomorrow to get you some peppers. See you this weekend.

I was typing same time as you I think. Well at least the new location is shorter than the original for you and on the way to land between the lakes I camped there once, nice area .

If they're the same ones I picked up several months ago, beware they're the same as what's on their web site and there are some problems with them.

Congrats on getting the trailer! YAY!

They've been waiting for that business to move out for months. I was told they're having problems with their new building. Gee, sounds familiar. Their offices will move into the front building. And the fiberglass production will be in their new building.

I just hope they start up tours again by next January. My dad's coming to visit then and would love to take the tour. He's taken the one at Scamp and would love to compare.

They were waiting to move into the front building over a year ago.

Cathy, a US citizen can't actually take possession in Canada and bring it through customs. So you can go there for orientation, but ETI has to bring the trailer through customs and you take possession on the US side of the border. At which time you are free to go back into Canada if you so desire.
