Well, we had to replace our awning because it unfurled during travel (as reported by some people). Good news is we replaced it with a colored awning instead of the drab gray.
We replaced the Suburban stove with the Dometic. I used wall anchors/toggle bolts to hold the top in place (as recommended by someone). But I only had gold bolts, not silver, so I dabbed some black nail polish on the tops.
Added bumper guards to the stove hood.
Finally figured out where to put the paper towel holder we purchased. I used zip ties to attach it to the stripper bar, using plastic pads between the metal holder and the pole to prevent scratching.
I found these "clothes pins" Command strips and used one to hold a cross-stitch picture and one to hold the awning pole.

I was looking at corner bumpers for the stove hood the other day on Amazon but couldn't decide which one to get so didn't order. This morning I was re-attaching the screen to the kitchen window and did this on the corner of the stove hood. Ouch again. This is only about the 4th time I hit that corner with my head.
I think I will order the one in your picture.

Bathroom hooks purchased at Lowes, best thing is they are the correct width to hit the door frame studs.
I bought two, one for each side.
Be sure to not use the screws they come with, they are too long.

This is a picture of the rear camera wire, so you know what to look for if you want to do away with the headlights on deal.
I also hooked up a on and off switch to it under the rear cabinet.
I have a 12v plugin next to my headboard to use the screen as a security camera, I’ll be installing another camera to the front of the 5.0 along with lights to be able to see what’s up with that bump in the night.

That’s a picture of the front of my headboard, its a little mirror showing a small folding Japanese handsaw, a must for a tool bag.
There are also some magnets to hold the item I’ll actually be storing there, so as to remain hidden but with great accessibility.
The item rhymes with-fun
The other picture is what your 5.0 corner piece looks like removed.

Extra camera on the front with extra lighting, the screen can now be used inside next to the headboard area.

Put tow mirrors on my new (to me) tow vehicle. Trail Ridge mirrors on a 2017 Ford Expedition. No way the factory mirrors would be satisfactory for my 21NE. Took me about an hour of work and a 45 minutes of watching various YouTube videos.

New Mattress in E19
Acquired a Purple Hybrid mattress from a friend who was moving and had it in a guest room (basically new). The mattress is 11" thick and it was definitely a workout getting the old mattress out and the new one put into place, not to mention making the bed again ! In case anyone is wondering, the mattress fit! Looking forward to a more restful and refreshing night.

5.0 set free today
It will start a new list of experiences with new owners and we will just continue on without the best escape has to offer.

The pressure check valve, apart of the Shurflo 4008 Series pump on our 15A, went kaput. The pump motor works fine so I just added an inline SharkBite check valve.
Worked fine apart of a little off-road trip we did 2-weeks ago, but Mr. Murphy, you know from "Murphy's Law" fame , showed up...this all had to happen 2-days before leaving for a 3-week trip tomorrow.
But it was a cheap and easy fix and presumably more robust check valve than the integrated variant in the pump. And glad I checked it apart of my 'shake-down' list before any trips and I could fix it at home instead of on the road/trail.

Finished my insulation job around my dometic refer and reinstalled unit. Running right now to see if any of my efforts were worthwhile. I added a section of flexible aluminum duct to direct flue heat away from condenser also.

Up here we call the males greenheads and the females are called Susie’s. I don’t hunt ducks but a friend of mine is really into it. You can only shoot I Susie and you’re done for the day. The greenheads you can shoot four or five. They are tasty but as my dad said, most of them eat corn but once in a while you’ll get on one that ate fish all summer. Not so yummy.
We had lots of them in the park ponds and had two pair along with about 60 other North American waterfowl (all ducks) no geese or swans in our wildlife display in Bever Park in Cedar Rapids. To see ducks in the wild I like both the green wing and blue wing teal. In the woods in the fall in the oaks I’ll see wood ducks quite often. On those miserable weather days in November with a cold front in the Dakotas, there’s nothing like watching the canvasbacks, redheads and shovelers pile into a white capped lake while you set in the truck with a warm drink, a candy bar and binoculars. I marvel at their toughness.

My Brother in Prairie, says the bald eagles have pretty well wiped out any nesting ducks on The River. Really hang at the open water at the locks, in winter.

I TRIED to fix my equipment shed so I could store stuff from the trailer/truck. First, I found wasps in the latch. Store trip, get wasp spray, wait until AM, spray. OK, wasps gone, thank goodness none inside the shed. Hinges are broken but after 3 tries go the right parts from Suncast (under warranty). But now that the third part came I can't find the second part any more. So have been looking for it. That also involves cleaning the garage which is also for the trailer winter storage. But neither is done; I haven't found the parts I need, everything is still in the back of the truck!
But: I did check for wasps in and around the trailer and luckily found none there.
