Glenn there is a electrical plug on the back . When the indicators show they need recharging , take them into the house and plug in . The moisture goes into the material inside , never any water to deal with . Pat

My new Blue Seas battery switch needs a 2 5/16" hole saw and all I have is 2 1/4" or 2 1/2". I used a 2 1/4" once, what's a 1/16" to file off. More work than I want to do. So I'm off for a walk in the warm sunshine to my friends house to get one the proper size.
What else. Finished installing the step, worked on my new battery box and started playing with shims to mount my tongue box to so it doesn't look like it's falling forward.

Well not just today but about 3 days . Improved kitchen . Decided to not change kitchen sink . Really didn’t need another sink but a better facet . A few trips to the plumbing store , numerous breaks and finished today .
We only have 20 gallons for fresh water so when boondocking need to be frugal with water , reason for not getting bigger sink . Also would lose more counter .
Bought pullout facet , better to not splash so much water so don’t need deeper sink .
Replaced sink roll up for more counter when needed .
Checking for any leaks until tomorrow before putting pans back . Pat

A trip to Ikea and got a few chrome hangers at . 40 each . For wash clothes or whatever .
Made a hanger for the shower head . We have extra ply in both bath walls so can install whatever we want . Pat

I bought two 12V bus bars for the upgrade of my trailer's 12V system at the wonderful Skycraft surplus store in the Orlando suburb of Winter Park. Then I found a couple of bus bars on Amazon that I like better.

I tried out a 2" drop ball mount to see if that size works for me with the new rig, and ordered a wiring harness to plug in the Tekonsha. And practiced driving the new tow vehicle.

I washed/scrubbed off the many lovebugs that got smashed on our Escape between Gainesville, Florida and our home, which is about 70 miles to the south. I wouldn't recommend coming to Florida during lovebug season.

Pat,
I noticed your Oxygenics shower head and tubing. Did you purchase the conduit/tubing (what do I call those things?) with the shower head? Also, the way you attached the head to the shower wall...was that clip another mod you made?

Depending on Escape model, some interior walls can be reinforced, allowing the attachment of heavier items shown. If not installed at the factory, can not be added later. Thus your mounting options and accessories can become limited.

Morning ! Yes I changed the shower hose . Also changed to same hose on the outside shower we have . It is stainless and very flexible . Bought on Amazon about 11.00
The clip I made out of aluminum piece I have , just bent it to what I need . It is for the Oxygenics shower head for travel . It would end up on the floor during travel so this should solve that. Love the Oxygenics cuts the shower water use in half .If you don’t have the extra reinforcement and the little studs aren’t where you need them , just add a backer board across ,in your closet so screws have something to screw into . Pat

I often wondered are the walls "reinforced" or is plywood used for the wall instead of doorskin/frame/doorskin?
Cheers!

You have to order the reinforcement at time of build process . If not there is just a skin with some framing inside walls . Pat

So are they actually reinforcing the skin/frame/skin or are they using 3/4 ply as the wall itself?
Cheers!

The ply is behind the skin and doesn't fill the entire void. Pictures are somewhere on this forum.

Someone should have some build pictures ? Back in 2013 it is 3/8 in ply added in the wall . I think they bumped it up since then maybe 1/2 , not sure . It gives a lot more options for attaching things on your wall . You can’t hang anything just using the panel , you are limited and need to find the framing in the wall to attach to . Added reenforced walls was the first item I asked for in our build , knowing in the future I would need it. You still can reenforce your walls if you have access ,like your closet , just add a backer board across . For answer to your question Escape can give you that answer . Pat
