We have Milwaukee rechargeable tools, but a 120v/rechargeable fan sounds neat. Good to know there are 12v chargers for these brands!
I'm ultimately going to get a rechargeable spotlight, and I hope to get one 500+ lumen one I've seen at Cabelas that can be AC or DC charged. We opted out of extra exterior lights and decided to buy a great spotlight instead.

You may want to try and get the light and fan from same company, I must have 2 dozen cords and chargers for appliances that are all mixed up, getting one that will handle many tools, lights, fans will simply things.

I’m a fan of the Ryobi cordless tools. While we fulltimed for a year we used their 12V charger and cordless inflator, handvac, glue gun (crafting on the road with kids), and chainsaw. At home we have a dozen more power tools that all run off the same batteries. One of the reasons I like Ryobi is that they make a huge array of clever, innovative tools and gadgets that all use the same batteries. And they are fairly priced. And a plug for their LED work light: best work light I’ve ever used. Bright even pattern with no hot spots, runs cool (LED), and can use cordless *or* corded. Home run.

When I wanted to do some mods on my trailer, my son recommended Ryobi, and I bought a set with two batteries and charger, a drill, circular saw, light, and reciprocating saw. I've since added a jigsaw and the fan. I thought I'd never use the light but I really like it--the head rotates to angle light up and down. Jim's right...it's great having everything coordinated to the same batteries. When camping I carry the drill, charger, light and fan.

Back in 2013 when I was working on my build sheet, I really wavered on whether to order the inverter or not. This was my first travel trailer after 50+ years of tent camping. Bottom line, I said “what the heck” and ordered it. Great payback today! I store my Escape off site with no power available. Today, I pulled out my portable solar and faced it into the sun. I hooked up my brand new Griot’s Garage Random Orbital Polisher and went to work on the trailer. Between my two solar 100 watt panels, the batteries stayed at 100%! Couldn’t be happier with that decision to have the inverter installed!

I have USB chargers for phones and camera batteries. I have 12 V chargers for both MAC and Chromebook. TV is 12 V and rarely used. Manual drip coffee maker. I have a 150 watt inverter whose only purpose is to power the expensive burr coffee grinder. I have a single solar panel and almost never fall below 90% charge unless it is cold and raining. I use the microwave as a storage bin.

The inverter is one of many accessories on our trailer that has yet to be used. But it is there when wanted. Loren.

you need one of THESE semi-expensive burr grinders!
https://handground.com/
grinds every bit as nicely as the Capresso Infinity burr mill we use at home, albeit somewhat slower if you like a medium-fine grind like I do for your hand pour drip or aeropress... I usually use it on the '3' setting. the '1' setting is fine enough for espresso but takes way too much cranking. the '5' setting is significantly faster than '3' and a more typical 'medium' drip grind.

My inverter cost $9.99 on sale at Canadian Tire. Enough to charge a cell phone or iPad.
I use propane to make coffee, toast, etc.

We have the same inverter, although I think I paid more than that. It even runs the TV.

As John pointed out there are some good manual grinders out there. I was introduced to the Orphan Espresso Lido 3 manual grinder after using a Porlex manual grinder. While the Porlex did a nice even grind, it was a bear to use. The Lido 3 is a pleasure to use, I never have trouble getting someone to grind while I press when making multiple cups when camping with a group. It takes half as many revolutions to grind the same amount, and the ease of cranking is just so much better. A quality built grinder. I have said this here before, but I find it amusing that I use a $195 grinder for use with a $30 coffee maker (AeroPress).

I installed my own inverter after getting and wanting a few 120V appliances, and wanted to take advantage of our solar setup. I sure wish I had of had Escape install it. Saved a whole $150 and spent the better part of a day installing it and the transfer switch. We don't have a microwave, nor do we miss it. We do use the inverter for:
-toaster
-hair dryer
-hair clippers
-laptop
-tool chargers
-vacuum
These are all items that do not drain the battery much, as even the higher wattage units are used for a very short time.

Will be installing an inverter this week but really don't know exactly why yet :-) Will be full timing so don't know what electrical niceties I might want to add along the way so thought having the AC option might be useful at some point. Time will tell!
