What year were 21' molds changed?

My understanding is the molds were changed in the last 10 years for the 21 or 19' Escapes.

What year was the first for the new molds and what differences/improvements were there?

We are currently looking for a 21' or 19', are retired, and willing to travel anywhere in the US/Canada to purchase.

The molds for the 21 foot Escape were changed in July of 2016. We received the first trailer of the new style off the production line in September. (Our trailer delivery was delayed because of problems with U.S. customs)

The major changes were:
Sides are straighter. Gives the trailer a spacious feel.
Windows were changed to awning style
Door is a standard size and flat.
Powered awning with no legs

I'm sure there were more changes and other people will add to this list.

The classic 21 has a flat floor front to rear the newer one has a stepped up rear dinette. The door is wider to allow for a wider selection of refrigerators. Awnings have a recessed mounting on the shell.

Escape starting building the 21' in late summer of 2013. The 5.0TA late spring 2014... then ALL the molds were changed starting in 2016.
