Wow, another area that may go up in fire.

Almost everywhere out West is under threat of this right now. The Front Range of Colorado has so far been spared but that will probably change soon. Every drainage (8) but ours received about 50% of normal snow totals. We were close to normal.

There is talk that Napa and Sonoma counties in CA are forever changed, never to be what they were just a few years go. All of last years red wine crop (or close), was ruined due to smoke penetration of the skin. A horrifying thought.

The same thing may be happening in the Willamette valley right now.

Prayers to our neighbors to the North.

They're evacuating people off the reservation. Yeah, the smoke may destroy the grapes that are on the vines right now. There are fabulous wineries in the area.
