19 modifications

We have made many modifications to our 2015 19' over the past 5 years.
Until this week all had been made with goal of optimizing storage and adding shelves and hooks to keep things handy.

This is the mod to our table just for fun Hopefully the picture will come through

Great idea. If we did that, we may never go home again. Each supper or breakfast within the trailer would start the next trip!

Thinking of doing something similar, how about some "how to" info.

Wow! Stunning. Nice job. I love the addition of the compass rose.

First I painted the table then trimmed to corner of the map on the angled edge of the table and attatched whith a spray adhesive. Then I added the compass stencil and cut the hole for our electric plug/ USB drop in (we added this a few years ago) .

My very talented friend poured the epoxy over the table letting it drip over the sides. She used a brush to make sure it was even all the way around then used a torch to release any bubbles.

After it set for a few days I sanded a few drips from the underside and the edges of the hole for the outlet.

Interesting about using the torch. I've made chess tables with a thick layer of epoxy. But I put a mylar dam around the edge, slightly proud, poured the epoxy in, covered it with sheet mylar and rolled the bubbles out the edges.
