Follow a few of these threads and you begin to understand why ETI has to restrict custom options.

If needed, I’ll probably raise the Dickinson a bit since my other options aren’t flush mount anyway. I hope you find it works. My hope is for a late 2021 build to avoid the 2022 price increase. I really want to avoid Dometic / Suburban.

Regarding the clearance underneath, here's a photo I took during installation. I used a rather bulky elbow fitting that protruded down over an inch, but some are half that. If clearance is an issue, I'd look around for the lowest profile elbow I could find. As an alternative, if you're really good at bending the copper tubing, you might be able to make a tight radius and connect the line directly with just a flare and a nut. Clearance and fit issues aside, the one piece of advice I would offer is to make sure you have a HIGH quality flare tool. After I ruined several flares due to a cheap flare tool, I went and picked up the good one. World of difference on the quality of the attachment and no worries about leaks.Click image for larger version

ID:	55258As to the elbow fitting, here's one I saw on Amazon that would only hang down about half an inch.

The information and the picture are very helpful! Thank you Rbryan4. The Amazon picture didn't make it into the post - not sure why.

Yeah, noticed that this morning. Here's the fitting I saw. There are many like it.

I think the Dickinson will fit based on the photo. Why? The faceplate hides the actual shape of the oven behind it. The convection duct does run along the top of the oven behind the louvered face plate, but not all the way across. The far right side doesn't have the duct. And, it's that side where your gas connection is located on the Dickinson.Click image for larger version

Some pictures of the convection oven in the 19. It wipes out more of the cabinet than I thought.

I agree with rbryan4 that you should have room for the Dickinson. Especially since the gas fitting is at the back right corner.

That takes up as much room as my Dickinson range does, or near. As a bonus, I do not need electricity. Click image for larger version

Sorry Robert! After I posted that I said to myself that didn’t sound right.

In the ever revolving world of what ETI will and won’t do, here’s what I just got from Joldie:

“ Not sure if this is of interest to you or if it helps in anyway, but we are able to delete the standard cooktop and run a propane line for you. The cost to do this would be $192 and we could do our standard cut out or no cut out at all. Something to think about.”

Sounds like a no cut out with propane to me. Not a $100 credit, but at least, yes we will do this! Sounds strange to charge for extra for not doing something, but I’m just glad they will do it. I’ll ask further questions on that propane line, but this is looking promising.
