So this is convenient for us and keeps our pup safe.

I fold it up and stow it in a cabinet when we travel, just because I worry about it dislodging and causing damage. That being said, I have forgotten a few times and it's stayed in place. The clips are not super tight. They're mainly to keep it in place while I'm using it. You can, of course, spin it 180º to use the front burner if you want to. ;-)

Right?
The angle of the photo doesn't show it, but it's not even close to the flame. Have cooked with it for 2 years just fine. ;-)

@OnecentHillman I cannot wait to see all those mods in person when it warms up! Amazing! Everything is so beautiful and functional ! @gjsheldon Yes we need to do a mini "rally" or just decide when and where to meet up. There are other Colo owners here as well we could invite.

Happy to host a get-together at our place in Fort Collins for Front Range Escapees to meet, eat and plan. Maybe in mid March?

We are away in Texas from March 19-27 but if other dates are options we'd love to be included in this (we live in Loveland). Keep us posted.

Hi! We'd love to attend. March is open. We're in the Springs so not a long drive.
Mama Jean (Mi) wants shadow box shelving like yours on the counter and she's very interested in the 3 burner stove (our 21' has a 2 burner stove)
