Airhead Tejo composting toilet

Our recently purchased 2019 Escape 19 has a black tank and water line, but no toilet (not even a flange opening). We are considering having an Airhead Tejo installed…this is their new model which has a urine diverter which empties directly into the black tank. However, I cannot find any information regarding installation guidance or issues. Has anyone installed this model? I’m well aware of the pros/cons of composting toilets in general. As with most mods, it comes down to personal preference and how they best suit your camping style. Just a bit apprehensive going with the Tejo without hearing from some actual users. Specifically, was wondering how critical the venting is…apparently, many compost toilet users do not install the vent and do not encounter a smell issue. I. understand that it also speeds the drying time, but that’s a minor concern. This would greatly simplify installation since I don’t have easily accessible wiring for the fan motor…and prefer not cutting a hole in the fiberglass. TIA for any suggestions/comments!
