Antenna Replacement
I am looking for a top quality AM/FM antenna mast for my 19.
My FM reception is just as poor with or without the factory stubby installed.
It appears, I need an antenna mast with a male M6 thread. 11mm long thread.
When looking on line, what vehicles would use something compatible?
I'm hoping for the longest whip style available. I'll remove when travelling.

monopole whip antennas work best with a good ground plane, normally provided by the metal body of the car. fiberglass trailer has no ground plane.
you might get good results with a dipole, which has a + and - antenna element, these can be horizontal (usually T shaped) or vertical ('center loaded'). a horizontal dipole is moderately directional, you'll get the strongest signal perpendicular to the T, and the weakest (or none) inline with the T

There are lay down mounts and whips designed for fiberglass boats. Check out marine antennas from manufacturers like Shakespeare.

I installed a Shakespeare 3' FM antenna with folding mount. Required drilling holes for the mounting bolts & cable. While it did improve the weak station reception, I'm not sure it was worth the hassles of installing it or the cost.

If you listen to FM exclusively, and have the King Jack TV antenna, it's possible to connect your radio to the spare coax connector on the King Jack set-up. The King Jack is an excellent FM radio antenna. That little stubby antenna supplied with the trailer is useless. One of my few complaints regarding our trailer.

yeah, the entire FM radio band is between TV VHF channels 6 and 7.

Exactly, John.
If you already have the built-in TV antenna, all you need are these items:
A short coax jumper
An RF splitter near the TV antenna jack
A F-connector to Motorola connector adapter

From my recollection, you don't even need the splitter. If you unscrew the King Jack connector plate and have a look (inside the wall, so to speak) there is a spare/additional coax connector, I just connect to that connector via a coax jumper as described above. I had to fish the jumper through the wall to connect to to my stereo, but your situation may be different.

56' and non guyed. I can rock the top back & forth about an inch. That said, I don't really need it any more, but dissembling it would be a bear, so I still use it for TV. It is yours if you have a wrench!
