Axel clearance

I understand it is possible to increase the axle clearance on an escape. I have a escape 19 but did not order it with the increased axle clearance. But I understand that this can be done relatively easily. Has anyone had any experience with modifying the Escape axle clearance

High lift option does not increase axle clearance.
It raises the frame and trailer 2 5/8" above the axle. The axle remains where it is.

Here's the kit on e-trailer's website (need one kit per axle).

Just FYI, starting on 2021 model option lists ETI names the option "Body Lift" instead of the former "High Lift Axle"; a bit more accurately descriptive name for the same thing.
