Broken window

We have had a side window on our E19 broken by road debri. The window is a slider and is on the dinette end, passenger side. Only the first tinted pane was broken leaving the clear pane intact. I have been trying to source a replacement thru Lippert, though the window is a Hehr. I have contacted ETI as well, not getting a response from either after several attempts. Has anyone had success with window repairs from a auto glass provider or ?
I have called a few glass installers & not getting much progress in that search as well.

Thanks

I suggest you keep trying with Lippert. I broke a window part and tried off and on for a couple months using email and the phone to get to someone at Lippert Parts who could help me.

Finally, I dialed a number that worked. I ended up with someone who could pull up the parts for the window and help me get the correct part. I was able to order it while on the phone. I wish I could tell you the number that worked but I can't. I believe I did get it from their website.

I looked at my notes from last year when one of our windows got broken. The number I had for Lippert then was 1-574-537-8900 and the contact was Ashley. Hope that helps.

I recently ordered a replacement Hehr window from Duncan Direct, which is a division of Lippert. Cathy was very helpful:

Forget Hehr. This happened in my back yard. Found a great glass company in Albuquerque, Dwight's Glass. Took 3 weeks for them to get/replace the pane, and $135.06.
