Build sheet done for 2017 21"

We just submitted our revised build sheet for 2017 21'

Here is what we decided:

-Oven w/3 burner cooktop
-2 way hot water tank
-foot flush toilet
-toilet shut off valve
-winterizing t-valve
-Exterior shower
-Additional switches:1. int. light and 2. D/S exterior light
-Additional 120V on 45 degree angle of bed (will install small heater here later)
-exterior 12 V- 1. beside standard ext 120V & 2. D/S- rear as possible
-12V interior outlets- 1. Beside TV ready (wall 2 near dinette); 2. D/S dinette close to W2 & 3. Kitchen beside 120V
-12v/USB combo added: 1. O/H bed area beside W6; 2. Dinette bench beside 120V #2
-Dual 6V batteries
-160W solar w/ charge controller
-Surge Protector
-Removable power cord
- LED Captain's reading lamps add: 1.&2- rear corners of dinette;3. Corner above drawer stack in O/H
-LED awning light strip
-Air Conditioner w/thermostat
-Maxxfan upgrade- 7500K with remote(smoke grey)
-TV cable ready w/ 120V
-xtra insulation and frameless windows
- opening window in bathroom
-add. window above drawer stack- non-opening
-aluminum rims
-3- counter ext.- 1. drawer stack; 2 &3. both side of dinette
- ext access hatch- rear D/S
- wire from solar reg. to hatch for port. solar- will add later
-ext propane quick connect
-spray foam insulation
-storage cubbies
-storage box
-delete mattress- we will buy own
-custom flooring, formica and fabric
-Convert bench to u-shape
- custom table top 18X34; custom cushion same size
- cust provided springfield pedestal
-2 reinforced walls
-install horst probes
-brake controller
-E2 by castaway integrated sway hitch
-wall mount TV arm

We bought some accessories and starter kit also.

This was a carefully thought out and reviewed build sheet. I am glad to have signed off and to call it DUN!!

Looks great what are you going to tow it with? You can ask ETI about how much it will weigh with all the options installed and they will put it in a program that they run and will tell you. My 21 will weigh 3854 lbs. or so they told me. The following is the E-mail I received back form ETI.
With all of your options, I used our cargo weight calculator and I came up with a weight of 3855lbs, GVWR of 4600 or more is recommended. This weight does not include anything you add to your trailer, i.e. clothes, groceries, etc.

That should do it I'm going to tow with a Tundra V-8 4.6L. We pick up ours in October.
