Dish dry rack

Has anyone installed a floating dish dry rack under the Top cabinet and over the sink?

I was thinking something like this but above the sink so that while the dishes are drying, the kitchen faucet and sink can still be utilized. ...

Perhaps 2 floating bars to hold up a mat that is unrolled when needed like the picture you have

Not yet, I had to cut the length to make them shorter, used a hacksaw, the scrap pieces are still on the basement floor, no rust.

We use one in our Casita. Very useful, no rust. I will probably move it to the 21 when we pick it up in June.

We just use a wee dish drying rack beside the sink, and wipe them dry right away so any wee bit of soap is removed and they can be immediately stowed away. Very often dish washing is done outside anyway.

The reason I use one is I had Escape not drill a hole in the standard sink cover. I then used it as a flip up table on the night stand side...worked out well.
