E19 frameless kitchen window folks

Is the E19 kitchen frameless window one piece of glass hinged up top, or is it 2 pieces and hinged in the middle? Pics if you can.

Thanks.

Our 2018 E19 frameless kitchen window is a 2 piece window that is hinged about 1/3 of the distance from the top. Perhaps the windows were changed by 2020?

One piece now

Thanks all..........

Per ETI, the "new" E19 frameless kitchen window is one piece of glass, hinged at the very top. I'm not sure when the change from the 2 piece occurred.

And BTW, dealing with Lippert (Duncan Sales) is a fiasco.........

I got no response from Duncan or Lippert on my window warranty issue. I noticed at the BBB, when people left really bad reviews, Lippert responded. So, I did likewise, and then I heard from Lippert. Then they were very helpful.

Not a warranty deal ..........

Which shouldn't matter. I just want to potentially buy a frameless kitchen window for my framed E19. But................

Good to go on a frameless replacement

Once Duncan / Lippert had me disassemble (and remove) the existing window to get pics of the trim ring sticker and window sticker, they got me a quote ASAP.

Funny (not really), the quote part numbers all match exactly what Dustin gave me for such in the first place which Duncan would not act on without the current trim ring / window numbers and pics - Guess Lippert has had some mix ups in the past with folks? (Not ETI specific)

I'm gonna get it for a better view out. Hinged at top version.

After "defrosting" the entry door window the view out just gets better and better............

That will be nice. it will also give you a window you can leave open in the rain.
are the trim rings the same part number for both windows?

Trim ring is the same for my 2022 though I am going ahead and getting a new one for $39.

Lippert 2022 E19 frameless kitchen window order / deliver time

Though they said it might take up to 6 weeks.

I ordered on 1/26 and it arrived (correct & intact) on 2/10

Nice view!

Swapped out the original framed slider in the kitchen for a frameless awning style today.

Easy peasy and a great improvement in the view to outside and the exterior look.

There are already those kind of situations. My E21 has framed windows except the door window is frameless. Hate the unfinished look of frameless windows.

Do you have a part number and contact phone number for the window and frame?

For Ron in BC's displeasure..................

The view out the kitchen window is MUCH better.

Lippert would not proceed on my order without pics of the item / part #s from my original trim ring and window. As your trailer is a 2017, they may be different than mine. ETI gave me the same #s that Lippert ended up going with.

Go here: https://support.lci1.com/

I started online with the order form then went back and forth a few times via email.

Or, call here: 1-800-551-9149

That looks good. now you have the best of both worlds. you Have a window you can open in the rain, and you can open you side windows without hitting awning. at one-point ETI would let you mix and match windows, but now the only frameless you can add with the sliders is the rear.

Thanks for that but I've known what unframed windows looked like since the late 70s when I built my first sailboat. It had dark acrylic windows. I disliked the exposed edges. I went to considerable work and made an aluminum pattern and panel beat frames.

The first time I pointed out frameless windows on an RV and commented to my wife that's what ETI is going to use she said she hated the look. Not an item of disagreement in this family.

I consider framed windows bomb proof. From all the problems I've read about frameless windows I don't think bomb poof is a term that can be used with them.

Nice ETI went back to giving buyers a choice.
