Exterior Shower
We have only had the 19 for a few weeks now but I immediately knew I had to do something with that exterior shower. It has probably been discussed here before but I thought I would show a few pictures of what I have done. It works really well. I haven't got Dian to try it yet but I think she is coming around. Total cost without the table is about $60. I have also found those heavy duty twist ties you find in garden shops really come in handy. You cut them to the length you want and reuse them. I have secured the PVC to the trailer with cheap suction cups. It is about 30 inches square. Wearing flip flops or rubber sandals eliminates the need for a mat. I put it together and take it apart in about 5 minutes and roll it up in the tarp for storage under the bed. A regular shower curtain isn't large enough and may be opaque. We also find the outside basin is great for quick cleanups after bathroom breaks and other dirty jobs.

Nothing I haven't seen before. Like I told my tween daughter... they've already seen it before and have seen better... or have never seen it before and wonder what it is

Seriously though Len, nice simple solution. Good job.

Did you order a model without an interior sink? Perhaps you also opted out of the interior shower?

We still have the interior bathroom but set up the outside one because;
-we don't have to clean up after a shower
-we don't want to traipse into the trailer every time we want to wash our hands
-keeps gray water out of the holding tank
-more room in the outside one

I just wear a bathing suit if I use the outside shower for showering. Mostly use it for washing dishes.

we pick our trailer up in July and I had the shower put on the passenger side just for doing dishes. I plan on using a folding table and two dishpans. Got to have a wash and a rinse pan. I guess it would work for washing off sandy feet too.
