Interior mods to our 2011 Escape 17B
We replaced the Formica counters with bamboo, recovered the cushions with denim, added galvanized panels for accent and magnetic functionality, and painted the bathroom door with chalkboard paint! Let me know if you want any tutorials!

Very nice, indeed, gives the unit a face lift inside and very modern.....was this by yourself or a 3rd party, the countertops are exceptional....

I removed the countertops and took them to a friend who is a woodworker. He used them as templates to cut the bamboo. He also did a 1/8" roundover edge on the pieces. He returned them to me and I finished them and installed them. I also had him cut me a "blank" kitchen counter (no holes) so that when I find the right flush mount cooktop and sink I can cut out the holes and replace the existing setup. It's very functional but doesn't provide much work space.
Thanks for watching!

Also....called a sheet metal shop and ordered the two galvanized panels. Used construction adhesive to glue them in place. Painted the bathroom door with 5 (yes, 5...) coats of chalkboard paint. We like the way it turned out.
