You may want the closed cell on the bottom cut smaller to allow air around the exterior sides, eliminate the need for hyper mesh to combat condensation. I had my mattress cut smaller and have had -0- issues.

I did take it back for a trim as the first cut was made from ETI specs and there is always some variance. Trimmed the second layer as well, but need to chop the latex topper and have the cover for it modified.

We have had no issues with moisture, but when we got our new mattress a couple months back, we did get it cut 1" smaller on all sides (2" each way), to better facilitate tucking in sheets. We got a 6" firm foam, with a 2 1/2" latex foam topper. Heavenly to sleep on.

Tom at Fall NOG installed a Froli sleep system in his rig. We would install this if we had a permanent bed.

They have prices on the following link:

Froli Sleep System Buying Guide

While these are not inexpensive, they are moveable, they ARE a substitute for an entire box spring and can be used/moved reconfigured, etc. We tried his queen size bed and it was AMAZING. In Germany they are used in place of a box spring.
