New inside mods, Escape 17

Hello all, been looking for a while, but never posted, so here are our mods, great site.
We got our 17 last year, moved up from a 13' Bonair, what a difference. Just to keep things interesting, we had a few mods done when we ordered, can't have the same trailer as anyone else. It was great dealing with Reace and Tammy when we ordered, they changed a few things for us and I finished the rest (finally). Those of you who like the details will see the changes in the photos. I did all the drawers, doors and a bit of plumbing. The goals were to make it look good, functional and not add any weight. Lots of material choices had to be made, we think it worked out well.
Here is the kitchen, had the furnace moved to under the fridge to maximize the storage under the counter. I supplied the sink and faucet so we could get a bit of extra space on the counter.
Will attach other photos in other posts, see below.

Chris

Re: New inside mods, Escape 17

and the last part, wardrobe cupboard. We prefer to put some clothes in baskets, see selves and everyone needs a junk drawer. Upper cabinets get the same treatment as in the back of the trailer. We still have other things that we want to do, but will have to wait a while

thanks for viewing.

How true Alf, it is a matter of priorities. A good brew befits the use of a trailer more then working on it.

Welcome Chris R.
Thanks for the pictures and the great ideas that you've been gracious enough to share. I looks good and adds so much storage space. The junk drawer is oh so necessary.

Nice modifications... Intersting changes...

Hmm, junk drawer---I bought little "trays" and have them in my shelves in the wardrobe---lots of room for junk trays!!!!! Isn't all the storgae in the trailer great
Looked at my girlfriends "stickie" the other day and although it is bigger, ESCAPE has much better storage!!!!

Re: New inside mods, Escape 17

Yes, more storage and with some of these ideas, it gets even better. "Stickies" look more and more like your living room! Escapes are CAMPING with style : - )

Re: New inside mods, Escape 17

Hi: Chris R... Nice work!!! Any chance you might visit our neck o' the woods. We have a kitchen that requires new cabinets. The plastic drawers are breaking apart. Alf

Well done, Chris. I like the refrigerator wall. How deep is the bottom slide out drawer? Did you have to work around the wheel well? The plastic bins will be great there. Maybe in our next Escape.
