Order E19. listed and unlisted mod questions

It's Sunday and raining outside, I'm bored and there is no one at Escape. Thinking about ordering our 19 tomorrow. So here are a few issues I have.
1. what is the advantage of the 3" dinette rise and is there storage under?
2. How thick are the seat cushions and are the seat backs part of the dinette bed?
3. What do you do for towel racks in the bathroom
4.Does anybody travel without the load levelers on a newer F150?
5. I saw something about single or dual pane framed windows. What"s std?
6. Does the 6 cubic ft refer take up more storage space than the 5?
7.Anybody have problems with driveways without the lift kit?
8. Got the build sheet from the couple nice enough to show their 19 and it included extra insulation and frame-less windows. Extra insulation?
9. Is the spray on foam really necessary?

Welcome Chris,
I'll try to help. Having owned 2 E19's here is my answers. No additional storage under 3" dinette rise, the fresh tank is underneath. It was made to allow shorter people a better view out the windows. The cushions are maybe 5" which and yes all are used in making the bed. The bath is all fiberglass so suction accessories work well. The thermal windows are dual pane except for the optional bath, it is single. Yes, the 6' takes up the entire space, otherwise there is storage above the refer with the smaller model. No issue without lift kit is present. Extra insulation and spray foam underneath keeps the trailer warmer in winter and cooler in the summer.

Framed dual pane windows are now standard

Yes, you lose the microwave cabinet above the 5 cu ft refrigerator, if you get the 6 cu ft fridge. But, the area under the stove can be made microwave ready instead. You just can't have the oven option if you do that.
