Have to catch up w you and Nancy at Quartzsite I guess.
June was a very wet month. We made two trips up to the Cariboo but the majority of the time it was raining and cold. Very unJune like weather. Had lightening light up my eyeballs as the crack of thunder hit my ears. Scared the crap out of us. Thank god that I'd just taken down my 20' flag pole. M. said she smelled smoke. Fortunately the downpour had put out our campfire and it was only campfire smoke.

We can only hope that this whole mess is over by Q'site time. The way things are going I'm not sure that the odds are over 50/50. Hope I'm wrong.

Hi Jack, anniversary coming up. Guess what present M. bought for my truck.

Ron

It is very light weight . I know I saw your idea at quartzite but didn’t want on table , yours was very nice though . We need table to drop to put fur babies to bed at night in their nylon play pen .
I dado the oak to fit the frame and added marine vinyl to back of oak so it won’t stain the trailer vinyl that is up against . You can get stainless cups , we have a couple but are using them right now , that will hang for pencils , pens . Now on to the next project !

How come your table does not reach the front wall kite the stock table? Did you have it made smaller?

Jim after I installed The Springfield table mount I cut table down . Table will swing around . The side to side measurements is the same so we can drop to a bed which is nightly for the fur babies . It made the table more stable too. Pat

Took a trip to Ikea a couple weeks ago and found these little cups for pens , pencils , etc. they hang on the rail and don’t think they will even need to be removed . .99 each .
We were out of their preserves that was the main reason for the IKEA trip ,but even like the color of the cups . They also had in white and I think black . Pat

A handy little mod. I also like to keep pencils and pens right by the table ready to use. Much more convenient than rooting around in a drawer for them.

Since nothing more to do to trailer at this time , changed my focus on my truck . Found a used fiberglass shell for a great price . Really didn’t want to spend on a new one since our truck is a 1992 . Took inspiration from Angie and Ronda video on utube . Made changes to work for us . Our bed is 8 ft . It is a F250 and high off the ground so a pain to get things in bed of truck and needing them to stay put , like extra 20 gal of water . etc. in the home stretch now . Decided to coat and seal the wood .
Then attempt adding carpet to the fiberglass the dealer gave to me. Just needed to purchase the 3 m glue . Never done this before and the weather has been really cold , so taking my time . Pat

Great mod. It's a nuisance when stuff gets piled on top of other stuff in the back of the truck. This will really let you organize and access things more easily.

Smart, Pat! I'd thought about doing that to my van but decided it would add more weight than I can afford so will wait and do what you've done if/when I get a truck. Thanks for sharing your photos!

Those sliding drawers really track nicely. Good work, Pat.
