Quick easy mod

Our dog enjoys her space under the dinette. The only problem is that she seems to frequently bump and open the electrical panel door whilst under there. I decided I would install an "access key" to keep it from opening when she bumps it.

Hi: Doug & Betty... How can a key with no teeth work on a door? It must be gummy or something. Alf

If copying someone else's mod is stealing, they'd better lock me up right now. Arch criminal.

I think that is an “Axxess” key as printed on it.

Just an FYI if anyone has a broken latch on their WFCO converter and the door keeps opening. A little pricey but they do sell just the replacement latch. Bought one to fix our door and it works great.

The issue with the original setup is the slightest bump will allow it to open. I recall using these in the past as a safety stop to keep it shut....while keeping the origin catch intact.... https://www.amazon.com/Prime-Line-Pr...orm+door+clips

Hmm- might those work to replace the missing tabs on the original Ventline exhaust vent?
