So I bought an extra backsplash from escape trailers.

And this is what we did with it.

You could also reverse sink and stove and the need for additional backsplash is minimized.....

Help me understand this idea .... are you suggesting swapping the sink and stove locations (along with the vent hood and sink drain)

Correct, I have in the past reversed sink/stove and put the stove closer to door in some of my Escapes.....not sure if there is an extra charge for this.

What was the benefit of this mod? Are you going to have it in your new rig too?

I am still giving it some thoughts....I have until next month to finalize my build sheet. I think my reasons were model specific.....
