TV Monitor position

Hi. Working on my build list for a 17B (due in a couple of months, but you know anticipation!) I plan to install antennas both for a cell phone signal booster as well as a campground RV Wifi booster (directional). We're long-time cable cutters depending on Netflix etc for an occasional movie.

My question is (because we'll probably watch movies lying on the back dinette bed (as we'll use a topper we plan to keep the bed up most of the time and just use the front dinette to eat and work sitting up), is where to place the monitor with arm. Can any of you send a picture of where you placed your monitor on an arm in the back? How does it look folded up for travel or extended for viewing?

I plan to put the antennas' outlets in the passenger side rear cabinet next to the fridge. I thought to stick our mac mini (fairly small) with a ROKU3 inside that cabinet as well with a wire coming out to the TV monitor. Make sense?

Thanks for your insights!
