Window flower box

OK, just kidding. While it's common on larger boats to see some flower boxes etc. I'm not expecting to any window flower boxes at Osoyoos The shelf is for my window a/c, posted elsewhere, but I thought that I'd post a photo showing a little more detail in case any one actually wants a window shelf for any reason.

I'm not sure of the requirements some have for medical equipment etc. but the idea is reversible. In other words it would possible to make a shelf for the interior that was used at night but was easily removable, still using the tang concept.

This project turned out far simpler than anticipated because the hole for the window handle allowed for a tang with locking pin to be used instead of some sort of saddle bracket that fit over the window frame. It's almost instant on, instant off.

Nice job, Ron.
It's a good thing that you started a new thread, because this just cannot be the end of this. There's too many ideas floating around in the minds of Escapees..

They were sitting on the kitchen table so I couldn't resist. Is that what glamping is?
