2010 17B Screen Room?
Our 2010 17B build sheet lists an awning screen room, which did not come with the trailer. There are snaps on the exterior of the trailer which would probably be for the room. I would like to know more about it, and if anyone has one what they think of it. A picture would be nice.
I have not yet been able to find one specific to my awning (Carefree Fiesta 10'), but those I have found seem to be very expensive, and do not look like they would be very useful.
Methinks the money is better spent on a stand alone screen room??

Me thinks you are correct, I had one, a real PITA to put up, sold it when I sold my first Escape, 3 Escapes later we still use the CLAM shelter.

We had one on our 2010 17B, but included it when we sold the trailer. It was kind of a pain to put up, so we did not use it often, but for longer stays in buggy country it was worth the effort as it helped keep the bugs out of the trailer. You could ask ETI if maybe they have one lying around in the back of a storeroom still, or if they know where you can get one.

Also if you’re not in a hurry, a used one comes up once in a while and is usually soon spoken for. They originally cost in the 700 dollar range.

Here's a pic.
I don't think it's that hard to put up, but I've only used it a few times ( 3 ).
Second pic is the snaps to fasten it to the trailer. I still haven't worked out the area at the steps. There is an apron that goes along the bottom of the trailer, but it goes over the steps.

Definitely a stand alone screen room for a couple of hundred dollars.
Thanks, All.
