2015 escape 21 framed window leaks

Today the weather changed in BC and I found we have a leaky window or two. I called the local RV service and repair company in town and was advised my weeping holes may be plugged! Who knew!? We are new escape owners and have only had our 21since the end of June. I did find these little weeping holes were plugged on all windows that have them, (now cleaned out) but the window with the biggest leak also has loose rubber trim around the opening side of the trim, on the exterior. Water is collecting all around this trim. I am wondering if this can be resealed into place once it dries out? Or should I be having the rubber replaced?

Depending on where the trailer has been stored/kept, 5 years outdoors in the sun can deteriorate rubber and the window trim may need replacement. A local automotive window place should be able to determine your needs.

I try to remember to occasionally coat my window seals with a little bit of silicon grease to protect the rubber and preventing the rubber from sticking where It not supposed to.

Attached are two photos of the rubber trim in question. Unfortunately they seem to be rotated!! I believe this 21 had been outdoors all year round here in southern BC. I am going to pick up a cover fro ETI next week for off season storage as it will continue to be outdoors and under a very messy tree or two.

I will contact a nearby window / glass company to see about replacing the trim.
Any more suggestions or comments are most welcome!
