9500e awning fabric replacement

Has anyone successfully replaced their Dometic 9500e awning fabric? We cannot find instructions on how to do this, at Dometic or other online locations.

YouTube has several videos on how to replace the fabric. That’s how momma n me learned how when we had to replace ours.

Thanks, David. To make sure, you replaced fabric on the 9500e? If so, which YouTube video did you find most helpful?

We've seen many YouTube, eTrailer, and similar videos. We've found zero that are specific to the CASE style 9500e fabric. Dometic's support said "go to a dealer".

Yes, fabric torn, and then rolled up and jammed. Yes, electric CASE awning.

Oops replied while doing 2 things. Sorry ours is the manual awning. We had to replace ours due to the locking mechanism failed on the trip home from picking up our 21. ETI and carefree were very helpful. Carefree sent us a new locking mechanism and awning fabric.
